Keith Treyball

Chief Operations Officer

As COO of Sullivan Street Bakery, Keith is responsible for developing and evolving the company’s culture, creating the best experience possible for guests, and growing the profitability of its businesses. Keith works directly with owners, Jim Lahey and Maya Joseph as well as the entire executive team. 

Keith joined the Sullivan St Bakery team following a 35+year career in the hospitality industry. Most recently, Keith spent 17 years as President and Partner of BLT Restaurant Group, where he was responsible for developing the core values, philosophies of hospitality and culture for the company as well as oversight of all financials including projections, day-to-day operations, P&L review and new concept development. He has operated at the highest levels of the hotel and restaurant industry. From a burger joint inside the Mirage Casino in Las Vegas to a Forbes 5-star hotel at the Trump International in DC and a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC, Keith was instrumental in the strategic planning process from concept through opening of over 46 restaurants from Tokyo and Hong Kong to Aruba to Miami and Los Angeles.

A Bronx native, SVA graduate, Creator of CANE SIMPLE liquid sugar packages and various board games and huge believer in Ted Lasso, Keith resides in Westchester with his wife and children.
